This listing is for a sublimation transfer. You must have a heat press to use this! A home iron will NOT work.

Sublimation ink is meant for polyester material. To get the best results, it is recommended that your garment is LIGHT in color and has at least 50% polyester. Pressing onto 100% polyester will result in the most vibrant, colorful design. Anything less than 65% will result in a vintage/faded look that many people desire.
 
Recommended Application Instructions:
Pre-press shirt for 5 seconds.
Lint roll shirt to remove any lint.
Place a sheet of parchment/butcher paper between the shirt layers  and on top of the transfer. This prevents the dye from transferring to the back of the shirt and onto the heat press.
Press at 400 degrees F for 60 seconds with medium pressure
Peel hot.
