Frequently Asked Questions

Where is your shop? Do you work out of your house?
Yes, we work out of our home. Our address is 1023 Caroline Street in Thibodaux. We are the green corner house at the corner of Josephine Avenue and Caroline Street. Our shop is located in the green shed in our driveway. Our shop and pickup hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am-5pm, Tuesday and Thursday 9am-6pm, and Saturday 9am-12pm. If you cannot pickup within these hours, please message or call us prior to closing.
How long until my order is ready?
That depends. Orders with deadlines are processed after the deadline and ready 2-3 weeks later. Items in stock will be ready same day or next business day. Anything that is not a group order or in stock item is considered a custom item and made to order.
How will I be notified that my order is ready?
You will receive an email notification stating that your order has either shipped or is ready for pickup. The pickup email will give you information on when and where you can pickup. Please make sure your email is correct BEFORE ordering. Please check your spam folder if you have not seen your pickup email from us. If you ordered a school fundraising item, please see next question.
I ordered a school fundraising item. When will my order be ready?
All school orders have deadlines. We do not accept late orders on these. We process orders AFTER the deadline, not when you order. Every order is done together, regardless if you ordered the first day or last day. The turnaround time is 3 weeks AFTER the deadline. If you chose to pick up at our shop or ship to your home, you will not get your order faster than if you choose school delivery.
I ordered a school fundraising item. How do I pickup?
You have the option to choose pickup at our shop, deliver to school, or ship to home. If you choose pickup at our shop, you will receive a pickup ready email when your order is complete. If you choose deliver to school, your order will be sent home with your child. If you choose ship to home, you will receive an email with your tracking number when your order has shipped. 
What is your Return Policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges on any custom ordered or decorated items. All products are final sale. Please stop by our shop to try on before ordering if you are unsure of sizing.
I'm a teacher. Can you deliver my items to school?
Sure! But only if it is a school we deliver to frequently. Send us a chat message before placing your order to see if your school is on our weekly routes. If it is, select "Deliver to School" at checkout and leave your school's name in the notes. Please don't assume we know the school you work at.
If you have submitted a chargeback with us, we have the right to refuse any future business with you. Any future orders WILL be cancelled immediately. Chargebacks without communication with us will not be tolerated. 
Pick Up Policy
If you place an order for pickup, you have 3 months to come pick up your item from the day you receive the pick up notification. After 3 months, your item is forfeited and no refund will be given. We have many non-pickups and will no longer be storing those items. After 3 months, your item will be restocked and no refund will be given.
If you place an order and want to cancel the entire order, there is a cancellation fee of $2. No exceptions!
